Gauthier Law Firm is proud to welcome Attorney Marlo Obera to our team. Marlo brings over a decade of diverse legal experience to our clients, with a strong background in family law, criminal defense, estate planning, landlord-tenant disputes, and debt claims.
Before joining our firm, Marlo served as an Assistant Public Defender for Dallas County, where he provided dedicated representation for participants in the Second Chance Community Improvement Program. He also worked as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Dallas, prosecuting cases and supporting restorative justice initiatives such as Drug Court and Veterans Treatment Court.
In addition to his extensive courtroom experience, Marlo operated his own private practice, where he helped individuals and families navigate complex legal issues with compassion and skill.
Marlo earned his Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan Cooley Law School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University. With his wealth of experience and commitment to justice, he is a powerful advocate for our clients.
