Associate
Megan Erinakes is the newest associate at the Gauthier Law Firm. She is a skilled and caring family law and estate planning attorney dedicated to helping families resolve their legal matters and move forward into the next chapter of their lives. Megan received her Bachelor of Arts in Letters from the University of Oklahoma. In 2019, Megan graduated from UNT Dallas College of Law. During her law school years, Megan received several accolades, including the Judge Merrill Hartman Distinguished Service Award for her dedication to public service.
After law school, Megan became licensed to practice law in Texas. Since then, she has been a continual member of the Texas Bar College for her accomplishments in continuing legal education. She was also a member of the 2021 Dallas Association of Young Lawyers Leadership Class, where she worked on a project to benefit the Dallas community.
In 2022, 2023, and 2024, Megan was named a “Rising Star” by Thompson Reuters, printed in Texas Monthly. She has also published articles in the Dallas Bar Association's Headnotes newspaper and the Weekly Brief for the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. Megan lives locally and is actively involved in the Rockwall community as a member of the Rockwall Chamber of Commerce and the Professional Women's Alliance.
Megan's interest in the legal field was sparked when she joined her high school's mock trial team. To this day, she remains dedicated to serving the community through her passionate legal advocacy.
