Firm founder, Gary G. Gauthier graduated from Harvard Law School in 1989.

Mr. Gauthier has a strong interest in software engineering, broadband delivery of data and services, distributed computing networks and telecommunications. He is actively seeking clients who work in these areas of industry. Mr Gauthier is also interested in participating in the start-up phase of businesses who create or deliver products or services in the mentioned areas of technology.

Gary Gauthier is a radio talkshow host on AM 1110 WTBQ which has its broadcast antenna in Warwick, NY. He is an active member of both the Orange County Bar Association, and the Hudson Valley Collaborative Divorce Association.

Mr. Gauthier has served on the Board of the Wallkill East Chapter of Rotary International and has served on the board of trustees of the Interactive Science Museum in Middletown, NY.  He has served on the Board of Directors of the Nassau Lawyer's Association of Long Island and has served on various committees of the Nassau County Bar Association.

Mr. Gauthier has authored chess software and collaborated on technical writing for software documentation for Chessbase.
